Once you complete your order, you’ll receive an email to an access PDF which has the links to access your template. In the PDF, click the links to access your template.

This will take you to the preview screen on Canva, then click the ‘Use this template’ button to access it.

If you haven’t received an email with your download link, please firstly check your junk mail. If it still is missing, please email us with your order number at graphicdesign@bossybynature.co

You should receive a download link in your email within five minutes of you placing your order.

With the nature of the product, there are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital templates. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Currently, we only ship to the United States.

Every order you make from Bossy By Nature Co is made by hand, one by one. Please understand that each order can take as long as 10 days to be produced, although we work to ship sooner.

Please allow at least 5 business days for your order to process, as most of our products are made-to-order. Please allow another 3-5 days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation in your email the day your order has been packed and prepped for shipping. 

Please note that we print your shipping label at least 2 days before your order ships as we put it into the custom production queue. You will likely see tracking on your order within 2-3 business days from getting a tracking number from our system.

Any orders that are in transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee. If you find nothing at your local customs office, please contact us and we'll discuss issuing a credit for a future order.

We stand by the quality of all items sold in our online store. 

Therefore, all sales are final.

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for shipping, but will be soon. In Pre-order purchases credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed. Pre-order items are shipped upon the completed processing of the products. The item will be shipped within the time frame that is stated on the item’s purchase page. In case the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, BossyByNature Design Studio will promptly inform and refund customers.

Regarding order with available items and pre-orderable items, shipment will happen in 2 different phases:

-        Available merchandise will be shipped with standard shipping methods.

-        Pre-order items will be shipped right after items are available in stock. This is within two weeks from purchase.
